Interfaith mosque in Pakistan

(November 15, 2013)

Every so often on the BBC Arabic, there's an emergency news story about a mosque that has been blown up in Pakistan (churches thrown in for good measure, as well.)

This sheikh is trying to change things:

He said that since his childhood, his dream has been to have a mosque for all Muslims together.

And this man says: well, it's a nice idea, but when Pakistanis of different background are together in a single location, all we do is fight.

Eid in Pakistan

Check out these photos of smiling, happy Pakistanis.

These women are looking at high heels.

These women with their gossamer wraps and patterned scarves are browsing through a market, looking for stuff to buy to mark the occasion with.

Finally, my friend made this video called "The Vibrancy of Lahore". Lahore is a city in Pakistan! The video is awesome!
