US midterm elections

The BBC Arabic of course had many stories about the US election, even showing everyone what a US ballot might look like:

And they had a reporter on the ground in Washington DC:

And the flag of North Carolina was flashed to Arab audiences, all to the set-up of Thom Thillith waving his hands in victory.

And the BBC Arabic was going to show this press conference that Obama gave:

It was live and everything. But then I think they couldn't find the translator, so they switched back to the studio. Shucks.
